Everything you need to know about our warranty policies, battery safety, and how to get the most from your vaping products.

Battery Safety

Batteries used in electronic cigarettes can be dangerous if used improperly. All Vape Green Ltd batteries have been tested thoroughly and all vape devices sold by us have built-in protections, but it is important to ensure that you are using your batteries safely.

  • Never leave charging batteries unattended — always supervise the charging process.
  • Avoid extreme conditions — never expose batteries to water, extreme heat, or freezing temperatures.
  • Use the supplied charger — different batteries require different chargers. Only use the one provided with your device.
  • Turn off when not in use — always use the On/Off feature when your electronic cigarette is idle.
  • Dispose responsibly — safely dispose of batteries once they have reached their end of life at a proper recycling point.
  • Use common sense — careful handling ensures safe operation. If you need more help, feel free to get in touch.

Warranty by Product Type

E-Cig & Vape Battery Warranty (60 Days)
We provide a 60-day warranty on batteries from the date of ordering. Problems with vape kits can often be resolved via email or phone, as it is most often not a battery fault.

Please email us at [email protected] with your order number — we can often diagnose and fix problems remotely before you need to return the product.

If the fault turns out to be an unfixable manufacturing defect, we will exchange the unit free of charge. You will need to return the faulty unit first. The warranty is voided if the unit has been damaged accidentally or tampered with.
Accidental Damage — What's Not Covered
Your warranty does not cover accidental damage. This includes damage from drops, impacts, or general wear and tear. If you carry your battery or kit in a pocket or bag with keys or loose change, consider getting a protective case.

If no fault is found or your battery is returned outside the warranty period, an administration and delivery fee may apply.
Standalone Batteries — 18650 etc. (60 Days)
Batteries sold separately, such as 18650 batteries, are covered under a 60-day warranty from the date of purchase.
Kits & Devices with Built-in Batteries (60 Days)
Built-in battery devices (starter kits, pod devices, mods) are covered under a 60-day warranty from the date of purchase.

These devices are semi-disposable by nature — they will run down over time. This is considered natural wear and tear. How quickly depends on usage, charging habits, and battery type. As a guide, an average built-in battery should last 2–6 months with daily use.

Accidental damage and general wear and tear are not covered. Always use a high-quality charger — cheap chargers can damage both the device and its internal battery.
Box Mods with External Batteries (6 Months)
Box mods that use external batteries are covered under a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

If the fault is an unfixable manufacturing defect, we will exchange it free of charge — you must return the faulty unit first. The warranty is voided if the unit has been tampered with or damaged accidentally.
E-Liquids — No Flavour Warranty
As taste is subjective, we do not provide a flavour warranty on e-liquids. We cannot accept returns as we cannot verify storage conditions once products leave our warehouse. Always buy smaller quantities when trying a new flavour or brand.

Faulty or underfilled bottles must be photographed clearly and reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. The seal must be intact in your photo.
Drip Tips — Hygiene Exclusion
Due to health and safety regulations, drip tips are not covered by warranty and cannot be returned for hygienic reasons — unless the item received is different from what you ordered.
Tanks, Pods & Coils (DOA — 48 Hours)
These are consumable products covered by a Dead on Arrival (DOA) warranty. You must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or return. This applies to multi-packs and multi-buys.
Disposable Vapes & Pre-filled Pods (DOA — 48 Hours)
Disposable vapes, puff bars, and pre-filled disposable pods are consumable products covered by a DOA warranty. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

We require video or photo evidence of the fault to issue a credit or refund. This applies to multi-packs and multi-buys.

General Warranty Information

  • Return to base — All warranties are return-to-base. You cover the cost of sending the item back to us for testing. Once repaired, tested, or replaced, we cover the return shipping to you.
  • Remaining warranty term — Goods replaced under warranty are only covered for the remaining term of the original warranty period.
  • Refunds within 30 days — Refunds are only available if something goes wrong within the first 30 days. After this period, a repair or replacement is offered unless the product is no longer available.
  • Do not dispose of faulty items — Vape Green cannot offer refunds or replacements for products that have been disposed of before contacting us.

Vape Green Ltd reserves the right to amend these warranty policies at any time.
