Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Place your order before 3pm for same-day dispatch. Weekend orders ship the following Monday. Bank holidays excluded.

Shipping Information
Is Royal Mail Tracked 24 a guaranteed next-day service?
No. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a 1 to 3 day service. While Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day, some deliveries may occasionally take longer. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is when Royal Mail aims to deliver — it is not a guarantee. Royal Mail does not consider items lost until 10 working days after dispatch.
What about Northern Ireland & Scotland?
There are temporary restrictions on sending products containing batteries to customers in Northern Ireland and Scotland due to rules imposed by Royal Mail. If your order contains battery products, please check our Northern Ireland & Scotland shipping page for full details before ordering.
What is the Safe Place option?
If you're not at home, Royal Mail can leave your parcel in a safe place you've nominated. Please note: Safe Place is used entirely at the recipient's own risk. VapeGreen cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost or stolen when Safe Place is used.
How does warehouse pickup work?
We offer free collection from Access Self Storage in Acton (W3 7QS). Order before 3pm and your order will be ready the same day (usually within 1 hour). You'll receive an email when it's ready — please wait for this before visiting. Collect from the reception office any day of the week. Photo ID is required. Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland). International shipping may be available in the future.
What happens if my order is returned?
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, not being collected, or any other reason will be refunded upon return to our warehouse once processed by our team. Your order will be refunded minus any postage costs incurred by VapeGreen.
