Charlie's Chalk Dust was founded in 2014 by brothers Ryan and Brandon Stump in Costa Mesa, California — and if the name sounds connected to Pacha Mama, that is because it is. Pacha Mama is a sub-brand of Charlie's Chalk Dust, making this the parent company of one of the most recognised tropical e-liquid lines in vaping. The Charlie's Chalk Dust range itself sits in different territory: dessert, candy, and berry-forward shortfill e-liquids rather than the fruit-and-mint profiles Pacha Mama is known for.
